Message	Im not sure what "tools" you are talking about but whenever I try to download something my computer shuts down. I doing the best I can with what I have. Ive only been around computers in the past year and my PC doesnt seem to want to do simple things like go on sertain sites, view video clips, or even upload some times without shutting down. All I can use in MS My picture document. If I try to streatch a small jPeg, It is all pixels and inviewable.
